Building Permits

A building permit is required for new buildings and for extension/modification of existing ones.

Before any construction, the authorization must be granted by the government of Sint Maarten at the VROMI department.
Once the architectural design is determined, we prepare structural drawings and obtain documents from the Kadaster, also required by VROMI.

We submit and follow up these requests.
